Has anyone installed the June Security Only patch(es) – KB4503269 and the out of band patch KB4508772 to fix KB4503269? Also IE11 KB4503259 and KB4508646 (fixes KB4503259)?

I know the Patch Lady tells us to hold for now, but curious if anyone has done any testing.

Yes, installed all the updates you indicated for June Security Only and tested for the Event Log Viewer error. First installed KB4503269 and KB4503259(IE). Tested the event log viewer error and found an error to be present. Installed the patch KB4508772 to fix KB4503269. Had to reboot (restart) twice after installing KB4508772 before the event log viewer error was corrected. Also installed KB4508646 (IE) to fix KB4503259 (IE), but was not sure how to test. No additional issues or problems noticed.

Windows 8.1 – For anyone interested, also installed the following June Security patches for Win 8.1: KB4508646 (IE), KB4503290, and KB4508773 (June security only fix). Similar issue with the event log viewer having errors after installing KB4503290. After installing fix KB4508773 had to reboot twice before the event log viewer problem was corrected. Only needed to install one update IE KB4508646 (since is cumulative and contains fix). No additional issues or problems noticed.

Thanks for the feedback. We’ll be testing next week.
