LibreOffice can save and open dockx files.

I have no idea how well, since I don’t use dockx.

In Libre Office, under Preferences/Options, you can choose what format you want to use to load/save your files. For Text documents, for example, you can choose Libre Office format (.odt), Word (either .doc or .docx), Rich Text (.rtf), Plain Text (.txt), etc.

There are similar choices for Spreadsheets, Presentations, etc.

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
