Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
Two questions if I may.
1) Does anybody have experience with using Microsoft’s load testing tool? Is it any good?
2) Is it still downloadable? The URL I have (from Microsoft and other places) http://webtool.rte.microsoft.com/
returns a server not found error.
