I have a excel sheet with Names and column of different types of flowers sold and the Amount that is owed and a sold by column. I need help merging the files to a label to print. Here is what I need help in
I want the Name Printed on the 1st line no problem there for me
On the second line I need it to Say them name of the flower which is listed on the column heading and then amount of flowers they bought, but if there is nothing there then I need it to go to the next column that has data and record it.
Then the 3rd Line would equal the amount owed only on 1 one of the items not all items need and amount
Then the last row to have Sold By
Example:
1st Label
Tammy Windham
10 Red Flash
2nd Label
Tammy Windham
5 Candidum
3rd Label
Tammy Windham
5 Carolyn Whartom
Amount:$17.00
Sold by Kathy Raley
So on to the next record only printing what was bought and the amount only showing on 1 of the labels under that persons name
