Click the “…” Actions menu at top right, then Print.

I did that and a Print screen comes up but the print button (or anything else) is lit up. Now what?

Did you have an email highlighted when you selected print?

        cheers, Paul

What printers do you have installed?
Are you able to print from other programs?

        cheers, Paul

Perhaps inane question as I’m not on Win 10, and don’t use Mail:
Can you also get to printing (guessing here) by File > Print? Is the correct printer selected?

There’s no File menu in Windows 10 Mail (or any menu other than Settings).

If the “let the app change my printing preferences” option in the Mail print popup window is set to OFF, try changing it to ON.

There’s also a “known” issue where Windows 10 mail sometimes will not print messages that contain certain types of images in them.

Does the message you’re trying to print contain any images, if so that might be the problem?

A “possible” work around for than is to use Microsoft Print to PDF to save the message as a PDF file and then print the PDF (note, some users have indicated this doesn’t always work.)
