Does the malicious program removal update come under the same DEFCON as the monthly patches? I typically get three patches each patch-tuesday: update for .NET, update for malicious program removal tool and the actual cumulative updates. I always defer all three, but is it OK to let the MPRT through? How about the .NET update?

Everything that is released on Patch Tuesday falls under the DEFCON rating.
