Microsoft MFA on MS email not working

April 27, 2022, has MS MultiFactorAuthorization stopped working? My MS email accepts my ID and password but never will send a code to either cell or alternate email. Started happening today on both my Win 10 21H2 and Win 8.1 after loading April updates yesterday.

I’ve seen reports that the authenticator app is having delays.  (bottom line it’s not you, it’s them)

Thanks, Susan, for relieving my stress. The MFA is working this morning. I apologize for posting as anonymous but I was so stressed at thinking my MS account had been trashed I forgot to log in to Woody before posting the alert. It sure is great having someone like you to go to for a problem that people would have no idea where to find out what is going on.
