I do not use One Drive & have no intention of ever using it.

Any ramifications if I uninstall it?

It’s totally safe to remove if you are not using it.

        1. Disable it from starting up in Task Manager, Startup tab.
        2. Reboot (or log out then back in again)
        3. Uninstall it.

the ability to uninstall “One Drive” in Win10 is there in the Programs & Features control panel app (appwiz.cpl) since the 1703 release.

so yes it’s safe to remove.
