just recently saw this on Born’s blog site today:
https://borncity.com/win/2019/02/21/windows-10-v1809-update-kb4482887-as-release-preview/looks like MS has recently released KB4482887 for Win10 v1809 (their “C” patch) on the release preview ring. KB4482887 may get released publicly early next week
edit: Deskmodder.de has the cab download links from MS for KB4482887

GuestSo my 1803 workstations detect the 2019-02 CU KB4487029 as need but only when I bypass SCCM/WSUS. Its needed on the 8% of machines affected here, which is quite a few.
The WSUS server at the backend of the SCCM server does not even download the update, even after a manual re-synchronize. My download classifications include Everything except tools, drivers, and feature packs so it should be detected as an update or update rollup at this point, shouldn’t it? Its not evening happening on a clean build of the latest WSUS
Very frustrating! Thoughts appreciated!

AskWoody_MVPDon’t you just love Windows 8.1, it got transparency notification 😀
Windows 8.1: Review your location settings
If users choose “Express Settings” when they install Windows 8.1, the Location Services feature of Windows is enabled. These users may not be aware of this default configuration. This notification draws attention to the Location Services feature so that users can disable it.
