There was a feature in Windows 7 that has been modified in Windows 10 and I was hoping there was a way to get back to the previous way the feature worked. When you highlight a  single file in Windows 10 you are given the option of  what program to “open with”. If you highlight several files to open at the same time that feature disappears which is really annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

        Thanks,

        Dramine

From what I can tell and find that is the way native Windows 7 works as well. Perhaps you made a modification to enable “open with” for multiple files.

If you select ‘Open’ the files will open with the default app in multiple tabs.
