    Ever since 9/16/23 every time I open Edge my mouse slows to a crawl and remains so in any program until I focus it on the desktop or another open program, including Chrome (other than the Edge searchbar) when it reverts to normal speed. This happened very suddenly and I have no clue why it happened EXCEPT I did install on 9/14 the September .NET 6.0.22 and .NET 7.0.11 updates. I did NOT install the September Windows updates. Can I uninstall the updates? How? Any other suggestions? Thank you.
