Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install any recently released specific patch, don’t do it.
Diff: emphasise that the rating targets only newly appearing/released/modified patch, not the earlier unchanged ones..
(this is just my 2 cents, in non-english native wording, so feel free to discard/adjust at will)
