I downloaded the new Office beta before the deadline but failed to save the source file. Given that I gave up on the new software because Outlook kept freezing I was fine. The one bit I liked was One Note and so carried on using that. I then had to rebuild my drive and when trying to download the version from the MS website accepted that I’d have to pay the pittance for the priviledge. My problem is that the site won’t verify that my address is the same as on my debit card not withstanding that the details are correct.
Can anyone help:
1 Give me a number of someone I can talk to in the UK about this
2 Email me the file as I have a valid licence for it
3 Suggest an alternative
