Has MS total lost their marbles? Blaming user feedback for the terrible start menu.

MS is tone deaf to insider feedback. MS has done everything opposite or ignored feedback.

The redesign plane of Windows 11 is very true picture of MS idiots that MS hired. Need to bring back Bill Gates.

Oh yeah, all those crowds of people stampeding through the doors in Redmond to demand that the Start menu be centered in the taskbar and show “recommendations”.

My take on this, as has been my view concerning many of the design changes for Windows. is that MS employs more computer programmers and system analysts than it really needs. They want to maintain their employment, of course, and what better way than to churn out more changes in things that need no change. Likewise, the marketing people want to maintain their jobs…    None of these are consistent with user input.

        100% agree.

Just because you don't know where you are going doesn't mean any road will get you there.

There are no changes need to many things in OS. It was fine as is. Only changes need are to security. MS does not want to take that up because they are not able to do that. MS create busy work for workers rather than creating real work that will lead to better security. Most of the changes MS has made are to graphic user interface (GUI) and in turn have added more exploits to it. There are 5 unofficial reported exploits now with the new GUI interface to obtain admin or control over a system since the code did not check their work. Unless may the exploits are what MS want as a backdoor for themselves or others. MS has no need for user feedback since they do not listen to it. This is why everyone should switch to Linux, MAC, BEOS or any other OS other than Windows.

Name these 5 exploits and give us links to any reports. Without these your post is just FUD generation.

Move Taskbar icons to left is a Microsoft option (not a work-around):
