      Good afternoon,
I am working in an Access Database where each line of information has a box number, and those box numbers need to be categorized into a range on a report. How can I make that happen?

For example, if I have 33 lines that each have their own box number (1 through 33), how can I get Access to recognize that and list on my report the following: BOX NUMBERS: 1 – 33 instead of writing them all out? Of course, my query would only calculate those persay 33 boxes based on my need, so that part would be taken care of. It’s transferring that information onto my report that has me stumped.

      Thank you.
