I recommend that the 4 “New posts:” links under “Search for Topics” should be removed because:

a) Show the same information as “Recently active topics” except over a smaller time interval

b) Is misleading because it doesn’t show all new posts over the time period indicated.

I hear ya. I looked in my controls and couldn’t find anything to turn them off. Looked over the bbPress and bbPress Toolbox settings, too.

If I can’t do it with the tools at hand, I’ll have to ask for a bid from the devs….
