Is there a way to make the default view as ‘Page Width’ in Office 365 Word?
It’s not in the ‘File’ – ‘Options’.
I’m working on a laptop and with it’s 15.5″ screen, I always have to change the ‘View’ to ‘Page width’. It’s only a few clicks to fix it, but it’s a few clicks EVERY TIME I open a doc or start a new doc.

Yes. The default “view” when Word opens a new or previous document is stored in the Normal template. Here’s how to change that view in the Normal template.

      Open a Word
      Select File > Open
Select Browse to open the File Explorer window
Click the current address in the address bar and replace the address with
      %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates
Select the Normal template to open it
Change the view (and size of the Word window) as you want it to be.
Press Ctrl + S to save your changes and use the X in the top right corner to close the template.

Now new documents as well as old documents will open to the view you saved in the Normal template.
