I just started receiving this annoying message multiple times a day.

One or more folders in your mailbox is named incorrectly.

The name of one or more of your folders includes the character “/” or more than 250 characters. Folders with names that include this character can’t be downloaded to your IMAP e-mail program. Please rename these folders:

How do I stop this? I have looked all over the internet and it apparently has been happening for a while, but there doesn’t seem to be a consistent resolution. Can anyone give me steps to change something in settings to stop this?

        Office 365, Win 10 64

        Thanks

        JP

Short of logging onto the web interface of your mail and visually checking every folder name, no.

        cheers, Paul

        Please rename these folders:

Don’t one or more folder names get quoted at the end of that message?

(They seem to for everyone else who has received a similar message.)
