I don’t know if this is related, but for the first time, my corporate email domain got blocked from sending emails to and other Microsoft owned email domains. Once I sent a ticket, they said I just didn’t have much reputation and I was accepted at conditional something (I don’t remember, but it meant I would be whitelisted conditionally, which means I might get blocked if I send too many emails a day but otherwise they would allow my emails).

I got blocked 2-3 times for a few hours maybe each time in the last 2 weeks, then I opened the ticket and it stopped. But we have been sending thousand of emails to those Microsoft domains for years and their answer seems to mean I was just not known enough, not that I was black listed for having sent bad emails. So maybe they had security issues and have become more strict or have reset some data they have on senders.
