Outlook 2010 sending safe senders email to junk folder

This issue has started over the last couple of weeks and I have checked that the addresses in particular are noted as safe senders. This is the case but emails from them are still being sent to my junk folders..Any assistance much appreciated.

Which email provider do you have? I use Yahoo and also Thunderbird as my email client. I occasionally have the same problem and I found that logging into my Yahoo account via a browser and marking these emails as not spam there solves the problem. It might be worth doing something similar yourself.

I am running Outlook 2010 as my email client via an isp address.

As I said before, I use Outlook 2010 from my Office 2010 compilation. My internet provider allocates my email address. Outlook 2010 does all my email duties obviously. My internet provider is IInet in Australia.

Many ISPs do spam filtering before email hits your inbox. You need to try to whitelist the senders using the ISP web interface.

I had also thought this, but I turned off spam filtering from within my user control panel of my ISP. I also use Mailwasher pro, on checking that has the emails marked as friends, and sends them normally. I noted that one of the emails arrived in my in box for about 5 seconds and then immediately disappeared into the junk folder, I watched as it happened….
