AskWoody PlusWhen I click Send on some emails, they don’t queue. They are in the outbox with an edit symbol (a pencil on a piece of paper; see screenshot attached). This seems to be occurring on emails that (A) I have re-opened to edit after queueing or (B) have had open for a while before finishing. The only solution is to create a new email by copying the text from the one that won’t queue.
This is a fairly new installation on a new laptop. Pretty sure, though, that the behavior did not start immediately with the installation.
There are no add-ins and I have done a Quick Repair.
I have two profiles and it occurs in both.
Using Outlook 365 and Windows 10
