Migrated my Thunderbird IMAP email to Outlook Version 2010  (Build 13328.20408 Click to Run) which is part of my Office 365 Business account.

My main business email account now has 2 inboxes (see screenshot 1).

I would like to not have duplicates to add to volume of kept email files.

Is it possible to merge them? Or to only be subscribed to one of the 2 email boxes?

How can I eliminate the duplication?

Thanks in advance for your input! I’m pretty good at following instructions and not afraid to go deep. :^)

        Blessings,

        Kelly
