I am using 365 on a standalone and a laptop.

I have a numer of Quick Steps to send mails to other folders. They mostly work but often a new folder is made with a number after it. E.g. some mails are sent to “Folder” but others are sent to a new folder “Folder 1” or “Folder 48” or folder “Folder 856”.

Does anyway know why and how to stop it?

Can we have more information about the Quick Steps you have set up to transfer the emails?

        cheers, Paul

        Paul,

A little complicated as I am using Dutch as the language in Outlook, but I have defined Quick steps to send a mail that arrives in my Outlook Inbox to be sent to a folder under my Gmail account which is also defined in Outlook.
