Outlook Today Customise Button (Outlook 2000)

Does anyone know the solution to the broken Outlook Today customisation option? I am aware that the IE6 cum patch MS03-015 was said to have caused the customisation button to fail. However, I have gone past that patch and neither uninstalling its successor (MS03-020) nor installing the latest patch (MS03-0320) will make my customisation button work again.

Thanks for the pointer, Mary. (I guess I should have found the KB article myself.) I will try this workaround, but it is nice of them, two iterations of IE6 security patches on, to have left this kludge unrecified!
