When I say “unusable,” I mean that it must be restarted before I can use it. Its icon consistently appears in both the taskbar and the notification area. But from time to time it unpredictably stops working, and I must exit the program from the notificaton area icon and then restart it by clicking the taskbar icon.
This has been a problem for months. Today I thought that updating the program might help, so I downloaded the latest version, with unfortunately no change. I use the free version, with no personal support offered.
What can I do to keep the program running all the time?
