Pin Devices & Printers to Taskbar?

I am trying to pin the devices & printers to the taskbar. I have tried to create an exe file and then copy the path, but that doesn’t seem to work with the devices & printers folder. I have tried copying a shortcut to the desktop, put the shortcut into a new folder on the desktop and then pin the folder to the taskbar, but then to navigate to the devices and printers folder takes just as long as it does without this shortcut. I am looking for a one click access to the devices and printers folder from the taskbar. Any ideas?
