Nattyware’s Pixie 3.1 is a free very simple program that aids in web page design (8KB only) that tells you hex, RGB, HTML, CMYK and HSV values of a color so you can use these values to reproduce it–also shows you the values of the mouse pointer. You can use it for desktop color or a webpage for on the fly coders.
