AskWoody PlusI upgraded our accountants (only 2) to Windows 10. One user cannot export reports directly into Excel spreadsheets. Call to Intuit said the uninstall QB, uninstall Excel, reboot, reinstall Excel first, then install QB. I tried that, then did the same thing but with entire MS Office – no luck. Even tried full cleanup of QB (they don’t have a tool anymore), and found a disturbing amount of data all over the disk.
So then, since it still wasn’t working, I wiped and reinstalled Win10 from scratch, reinstalled Office, updated it, then installed Quickbooks and all it’s updates. Tried it again on several company files. Still won’t work!
Any ideas? PC is a Dell Inspiron laptop, up to date Win 10 1909, Quickbooks is patched up vef 18 and MS Office is 2010 with all SPs and updates. Any help appreciated.
