I have a vague memory of reading here at Woody’s that one or more of the January 2018 Office/Outlook 2007 updates were subsequently re-issued, but after some looking I haven’t found any reference to that. Am I imagining things, or did some of the patches get new versions… and which patches might they be?

The full January set is saved in a folder to which I downloaded from the Microsoft Update Catalog but all of the filenames save one fail to include the KB number (they are mostly random-looking alphanumeric sequences), so I don’t know what’s what.

Thanks very much. I’m ready to start updating my Office and Outlook 2007 but don’t want to install a possibly buggy original version of a patch.

All the Office Updates are listed here, both non-security and security. Look through Susan’s latest posts. There is at least one patch for IE11 that affects Outlook Web Apps.

Thanks, @pkcano. That Office Updates page is very handy! Turns out that it was the KB articles and not the patches themselves, that were revised.
