Restoring Outlook 2021 After Crash – Lost Functions

My computer was slowly dying.  Service company recommended a new computer.  New computer has different hardware than original.  Could not do a restore from backup and go merrily on my way.

Old Machine Windows 10
New Machine Windows 11
Outlook version: 2021 MSO (Version 2303 Build 16.0.16227.20202) 64 Bit

Now that I have Outlook running there are things missing.
1.  I can flag for followup BUT I can’t “Add Reminder”.

2.  I can’t find the up/down arrows that allowed me to move between messages without having to close the one I was reading and open the next.

3.  I can’t find the setting for “open next message after deleting current message.”

Now I admit I could be imaging that I had these functions before, but if I am it’s a really vivid imagination

2. You can add them to the Quick Access Toolbar:
Go to the next or previous item in email

3. File, Options, Mail, Other, After moving or deleting an open item: open the next item
