Be advised, this program has not been updated since 2014.

The only folders I sync are my music library between my desktop and a backup.  This is about 700GB of FLAC songs.

I still use Microsoft’s SyncToy program, which continues to work fine but hasn’t been updated in quite some time.

Just so as not to be misinterpreted, I do recognize that some things in Windows have not changed much in over 25 years. So a program which has not been updated in a long time may still be perfectly good for everyday use. I just worry if a project has no updated notes or active issues tracking for recent years. This may mean the project has been abandoned and is not being monitored for security or functionality issues.
