I’ve put this in just in case..
I have affected devices – security cameras from 2005 “air gapped” as they already have a known firmware security issue which was not addressed as they were “out of support”, and for what they do..
But I guess the platform and practices could be current enough to be of concern.. as this chip (and it’s SDK) could lurk in any device – unless you take the cover off it’d be hard to tell.
