I want e-mail from my bank to show up in a red font — whether the emails are read or unread.

I tried View settings, and I tried  rule.  But I cannot seem to get it to work as I wasn’t.

The three types of e-mail I receive are from @alertsp.chase.com, @chase.com, and @e.chase.com.

How can / should I set this up?

        What is your email client?

        If it is Thunderbird:
        – Tools > Message Filters
        — create a filter that Matches any of the 3 bank addresses
        — and Performs this Action: Tag Message as Important
Note that in Tools > Options > Display > Tags, an Important tag yields a red listing.

You may also use a/the filter to route these emails to their own mail folder.

An email also may be manually Tagged:
        – right-click on (an) email(s) > Tag

Thanks.  I’ll give it a shot.
