      By the Susan definition – anything with the word “preview” shouldn’t be installed. You are getting this because you are using /calling Windows update on a newly built machine.

      KB5022476 appears to be a .NET preview update of late January 2023

      pass or ignore (don’t install) this .net preview update as Susan said
