SCCM – Deadlines passed and no reboot

I have an SCCM problem/question. We have packages deployed in an company environment and have deadlines set.  my question/problem is that computers a lot of the time pass the deadline date/time and still haven’t rebooted. does anyone have suggestions on what we might be missing in any settings?

with out deployments we do select the option under “Deadline behavior” “Software updates installation and System restart (if necessary)” boxes are checked.
