I have Windows 11 Pro 21H2 on a DIY desktop machine but this problem was the same on Windows 10. I have a Sapphire Pulse RX 5600 XT BE 6GB GDDR6 PCI-e4 Video Card and two ASUS VP28UQG 4K Gaming Monitors.
The problem is that the monitors are not affected by the Windows power settings. The screens are set to power down after 2 hrs but they never do. Screen savers don’t run; when I go to screen saver settings and try to preview one it appears for an instant in the dialog box but then the normal desktop returns.
Any ideas about what to look for? Thanks.
