Latest Master Patch List (9/12/23) shows this KB as only applicable to 21H2. Does it NOT apply to 22H2 as well?

it’s a “mistake” over there on the newest Master Patch List page as KB5030211 applies to both 21H2 and 22H2 versions of Windows 10
