I have this app on my desktop computer.  I am not a programmer nor do I write code for anything.  Don’t remember downloading this app.

Okay to delete?

Yes, it’s OK to delete.

If ever your circumstances changed and you needed it back (unlikely, I know), you could just get it from the Store again.
