Am not sure if this is the right forum to post this one, but will try here!
Don’t know when it happened, but I did nothing on the internal intranet site that made one page, our FAQs stop working correctly. I have questions grouped by Category, and now only one Category shows, (see Snip) and there are many. No Questions are displayed. In the past, the default display was all the questions and the Category could be used as a filter. However, if I change to an All Items view, see the second snip, all the FAQs display in a list.  That is not how FAQs should work and visitors should not have to worry about changing views or filters.
What can I do to fix this to display as intended? Also, as an interim issue set the All Items as the default view for visitors? This was brought to my attention by a department head and is somewhat critical for our organization.  Thanks for your help,  JudyAC
