For an unknown reason “Print on Both Sides – became my Print Default and – Printer Properties change / Save – via a Word .docx failed to change the Default.

Solution: Thanks to HansV at Eileen’s Lounge Forums the FIX was to make the change via Settings/ Devices/Printers & Scanners/ Select Printer/ Manage/Print Preferences/ with Factory defaults hi-lighted, on right side – Print on both sides: NO – via drop-dn list.

      FYI

Why don’t you want to print on both sides? Printing consumes enough trees without wasting one side of the page.

      cheers, Paul
