        Hello,

I’m new to being a user on this wonderful forum (although I have posted anonymously before) so this may just be me not understanding how something works, but I have subscribed to several topics, and I have received several email notifications regarding them, yet under ‘My subscribed topics’ there are no topics listed. I did a forum search and noticed that there have been reports of problems with this in the past, so I’m not sure whether this is my misunderstanding or a bug, so whether this is a newbie mistake or a bug report remains to be seen!

This is what I’m seeing when I click on your ID, then “Subscriptions.”

That’s what I see there too, but when I click on “My subscribed topics” on the right hand side of the page it just says “Oh, bother! No topics were found here.”.

From the view in the attachment above, you can click on the link to each topic (4) in the list.

Perhaps clearing your browser cache will make the “My subscribed Topics” list work. Not exactly sure where that link is picking up its data. Mine has a bunch of links, but I clear cache every time my browser (FireFox) is closed.

I certainly can get to the list via my profile, so thank you for telling me about it.

I’ve tried clearing my browser cache, but to no avail on the “My subscribed topics” link, I’m afraid. I even tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, but nothing shows up.

It sounds like it might be a bug. Repeating my earlier forum search, people including Kirsty (Manager) reported the same thing around the turn of the year.
