I created Tails on a USB.

        1. When using Tor cannot copy and paste from Tor to Documents, Pics or Videos.
        2.  Trying to access another drive outside of Tails eg C Drive or another, USB asks for a password.
        3. Puzzled, Using Windows 10 pro.

You cannot be using Windows 10 if you are running Tails. If Tails won’t allow access to external devices then you need to enable / mount those devices in Tails.
I suggest you visit the Tails support site for help.

For those who don’t know, Tails is Linux Live with secure browsing and mail clients, which you boot your PC with for anonymous internet use.

        cheers, Paul

Tails uses tor network nodes which, is mostly dirty IP’s and get immediately rejected on lots of forums. The use of Tails has been somewhat polluted by miscreants over the years.
I wouldn’t advise going there, as here are plenty other USB drive distro’s available like antiX and others upon research over at distrowatch
