Image for Windows customers have an update available, version 2.94.

Create a fresh drive image before making system changes/Windows updates, in case you need to start over!

bbearren, I need help to get Image for Windows into my Windows 7 boot menu.

There were so many choices to make on that one page you referenced.

Do you have a quick-guide that I can use?

bbearren, I need help to get Image for Windows into my Windows 7 boot menu.

In order to get it into your boot menu, you need to choose option 1 when you run TBWinRE.cmd (in the tbwinre subfolder in the TeraByte folder in the Program Files folder) from an elevated Command Prompt.  It’s all in the TBWinRE Tutorial.

Once you launch that script and select option 1, the script will do everything else.  If it hits a snag, you’ll get an error message.  Clear the error condition, then launch the script (TBWinRE.cmd) again.

Once that process is completed successfully, just hit F8 when booting into Windows 7 to get into the Windows 7 Recovery Environment, then select Repair Your Computer.  Image for Windows will be one of the options.

You could also make a bootable small partition (1GB will do), create a TBWinRE ISO, mount the ISO, then copy the contents into that small partition and unmount the ISO.  You can then add it to your boot menu.

Create a fresh drive image before making system changes/Windows updates, in case you need to start over!
