When I try to print this article, it shows “You are not allowed to print preview this page, Thank you” and it ejects only one page which is blank.

I have not had any issues in printing any other on-line articles.

That seems to be the WordPress Content Copy Protection & No Right Click plugin, which has been installed by the website owner and also prevents printing.
The easiest thing to do, since this is a one-off website-end problem, would be to take a screenshot or two of the article you want, paste into Paint, and print from there.
You can also bypass the plugin, but I don’t feel that I should explain how, since that may be against forum rules or something.
