I have a serious problem in word. I’ve got a title and a paragraph related to it. When my title comes to the bottom of page, it may force entire paragraph to move to next page. So title is in one page and paragraph is on other page. Is there any automatic solution that when this situation happen, the title and paragraph comes in one page together?

Right click title paragraph. Select “Paragraph…” from context menu. Click “Lines and Pages Breaks” panel. Under “Pagination” click on “Keep with next”. Hit “OK”.

If that does not work, second choice: click on “Page break before”, but does not work as well when adding more text above paragraph.

      Yes.

      • Highlight the title and paragraph that you want to keep together.
      • With the tittle and paragraph highlighted select the Insert tab, then click the dropdown arrow for Text box in the Text group, and click Draw Text Box (or us the keyboard shortcut Alt + N, X , D)
      • This will draw a text box around the text you highlighted and add the Shape Format tab to the ribbon above.
      • With the Text box active, click the Shape Format tab in the ribbon above.
      • Refer to the image below an click the dropdown arrow for Shape Fill and select No Fill (should already be selected).  Now click the drop down arrow for the Shape Outline and select No Outline.
      • This invisible text box will treat the title and the paragraph as a single block so when text above moves the box such that the last line of the paragraph in the box, the entire block (title and paragraph) will move to the next page.

This should give you what you want  and if not then let me know.

BTW: If you do this often, it is real easy to create a macro that will do this entire process with highlight and one click.  Let me know if you want to know how to create the macro.  Macros created on the current install of Word do not need security clearance to run.

You almost had it. After processing the title as oldfry stated, select the following paragraph then return to the same menu and check “keep lines together”. You should be good to go.
