Two Different Configurations for Update History

Why do my two laptops, both version 1909, updated from 1903 at approximately the same time via Windows Update show different configurations on the View Update History page?

One has information about Feature Updates and the other does not, although both were updated in the same way – i.e., via Windows Update.

Additional information:
One has both 1903 and 1909 CUs listed in View Update History. The other has only 1909 CUs listed there.

However, in Installed Updates both list 1903 CUs, 1903 SSUs, the 1909 Enablement Package, 1909 CUs, and 1909 SSUs.

Why is one missing 1903 CUs in View Update History and missing the Feature Updates section on the WU page, although the 1903 CUs are listed in its Installed Updates?
