“Ungroup” Calendar search results

My calendar search results are suddenly displaying in what looks like a “group” view.  Previously when running a calendar search, the results would appear in a “list” view.  I must have inadvertently changed a view setting, but have searched high and low and an unable to find the setting.  I am posting a screenshot of the “group” display version I am trying to get rid of, and the “list” view I would like to default to.  Any help will be greatly appreciated!
