Use of left/right mouse buttons

Can anyone tell me why it is that if I use PowerPoint on my home PC the left mouse button has the action of ‘Next’ and right button has the action of ‘Previous’ yet on my work PC the right button brings up the context menu ?
I can’t find any info on where this setting is controlled.
Any ideas ?

Thanks Joe, now why couldn’t I find that. I searched through the help files and found nothing.
