I’m on 1809 and have not installed any updates since January 20 because of the endless list of bugs with each new patch and because Askwoody is on Defcon-2.

Is it safe for me to install Feb and Mar SSUs, CUs, .NET and office updates for 1809?

v1809 has been the most stable of the Win10 versions still supported. I have had almost no problems with it. You have been hearing mostly about problems with v1903/1909.

The recommendation is to update to 1903/9 as 1809 is OOS soon.

February patches are OK, March is up to you.

        cheers, Paul

only the Home & Pro versions of 1809 will be OOS in May 2020
the Education & Enterprise editions of 1809 get support until May 2021
and LTSC 2019 (based on 1809) will continue to have support until Jan. 2029

Thanks all. Will install Feb. Wait a little while longer for Mar.
