Can anyone tell me where MS has hidden normal.dot in Word XP? It does not show up on a file search anywhere on the C drive. (I use W2000, and am helping a small charity with XP)
    Many thanks

If I remember right from the demo of Word 2002 that I saw, you don’t see the Normal.dot until you make a change to it. So do something easy like make a change to a style and select Add to Template, then exit out of Word. You should be able to find the Normal.dot then.
